Jessika Akhigbe, PA-C is a board-certified Aesthetic Physician Assistant, Injection Specialist, and Senior Laser Technician at Natural Body Spa + Med Spa. She provides cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic treatments at our Atlanta med spa location, Natural Body Spa + Med Spa | Smyrna.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology (magna cum laude) from Georgia State University in 2009 and completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University in 2012. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed as a Senior Laser Technician by the State of Georgia.
Jessika began her career in hospital medicine, working in the acute care setting at WellStar Health System’s Kennestone Regional Medical Center. In 2021, she shifted into aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with her eye for detail and creative passion. Jessika believes that aesthetics requires not only a deep understanding of medical principles but also a keen eye for detail and a sense of artistry to enhance each patient’s natural beauty.
She joined Natural Body’s medical team in 2023 and now specializes in Botox and dermal fillers, SkinVive, microneedling, Erbium laser resurfacing, vascular reduction, and advanced skincare. Jessika is continually expanding her knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. Her goal? To ensure that her patients receive the best possible aesthetic treatments, experience exceptional service, and achieve their desired outcomes.
When she’s not at the med spa, Jessika enjoys traveling, listening to audiobooks, and spending quality time with her husband and two children. A Georgia native with Nigerian roots, she loves hanging out and having a good time with family and friends. She also loves Mexican food and can make a mean guacamole.
