What Is A Facial?
A facial is a professional skincare treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin. Most facials last between 30 and 90 minutes and are performed by a licensed esthetician trained to treat all skin types and conditions.
At Natural Body Spa + Med Spa, every facial is customized to your unique skin needs. Your esthetician will create a relaxing, results-driven experience that leaves your face, neck, and décolleté (chest area) looking and feeling refreshed.
How Often Should I Get A Facial?
For optimal skin health, we recommend getting a facial every 4 to 6 weeks. This aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle and helps maintain balance — especially important in Georgia’s humid climate, which can affect your skin’s hydration and oil levels.
What Are The Benefits Of A Facial?
A custom facial can clear pores, smooth texture, brighten your complexion, and boost hydration. Whether you’re managing breakouts, signs of aging, or just need a refresh, regular facials keep your skin looking its best.
What Can I Expect During A Facial?
Your Natural Body licensed esthetician will start with a skin consultation, then tailor your treatment with steps like cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions (if needed), masks, hydration, and sun protection. Most facials also include a relaxing neck, shoulder, and face massage.
How Much Does A Facial Cost?
The price of a facial, advanced facial, or hydrafacial ranges from $85 for the 30-minute Natural Body Express Facial to for the 60-minute Platinum Hydrafacial.
Costs depending upon the products, techniques and services included in your Atlanta Natural Body Spa +Med Spa facial treatment.
For example, a Natural Body Organic Custom Facial costs $120 for a 60 minute treatment that includes an expert skin consultation and analysis; a warm neck pillow and facial steam; dual cleansers; exfoliation and extractions; a custom facial mask; relaxing hand, forearm, neck & shoulder massage; toner, serum, hydration, and sun protection; eye cream and lip balm.
An advanced facial like the Glo2 Brightening Facial is $250 for a 45 minute facial treatment that includes similar features like the expert skin analysis and consultation, warm neck pillow, cleansing and UV sun protection. However, the Glo2 Brightening Facial extends the facial experience with technology-enabled treatments like exfoliation, Oxfoliate with O2 bubbles, and LUX lite Ultrasound.
Can I Get A Facial If I Have Sensitive Skin?
Yes! We specialize in custom facials for all skin types, including sensitive or reactive skin. Let your esthetician know about any sensitivities so they can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Do You Offer Facials For Men?
Yes, we offer the Custom Fit Men’s Facial—designed specifically for men’s skincare needs and helps address common concerns like razor irritation, clogged pores, and dryness. It’s one of the best facials for men in Georgia.
How Do I Know Which Facial Is Right For Me?
Not sure what to book? No worries — our experienced estheticians will evaluate your skin and recommend the best facial for your skin type, lifestyle, and goals.
What Is Dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive exfoliating treatment that removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz using a fine blade. It leaves your skin soft, smooth, and ready to absorb products. Dermaplaning is a popular skincare add-on across Georgia thanks to its instant glow and no downtime.
Natural Body Spa + Med Spa offers dermaplaning in two of our advanced facials — the Express Dermaplaning Facial, and the Organic Custom Facial + Dermaplaning Facial — as well as an upgrade to other facial treatments.
Please note that dermaplaning requires a medical clearance by Natural Body’s medical team prior to your service.
What Is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a skin treatment that gently exfoliates the surface layer of your skin using an abrasive tool to remove dead skin cells and improve tone and texture.
At Natural Body Spa + Med Spa, we’ve moved away from traditional microdermabrasion in favor of hydrafacial — a more advanced and effective approach.
Sometimes called “wet microdermabrasion,” hydrafacial uses a patented vortex tip to exfoliate, cleanse, extract, and hydrate the skin all in one treatment. It’s a gentler, more comprehensive solution that’s ideal for improving clarity, smoothing texture, and refreshing your skin without the dryness or irritation that can come with older technology.
What's The Best Skin Care Routine For Summer In Georgia?
Stick to lightweight, breathable skincare products. Cleanse gently, hydrate daily, and never skip sunscreen—even on cloudy days. Georgia summers bring heat, humidity, and sun exposure, which can throw your skin off balance.
Alongside your at-home routine, regular spa facials can help manage buildup, prevent congestion, and restore hydration — especially if your skin is reacting to sweat, sunscreen, or seasonal shifts. A customized facial gives your skin a deeper reset than you can get at home, helping it stay clear, calm, and healthy all summer long.
