Spa Etiquette & Guest Comfort
Cell Phone Use
For a peaceful spa environment, please silence your phone. Talking or using phones in treatment areas is not permitted.
Gratuity
Tips are always optional, but greatly appreciated. If you’d like to leave a gratuity, cash or card are both accepted. Typically, guests tip 20–25% for their service.
Talking with Your Provider
Your comfort and satisfaction is important. Let your massage therapist or esthetician know if you feel discomfort or have preferences like areas to focus on or to avoid.
Questions are not only welcomed but encouraged. Honest and open communication with your provider is essential to supporting your best experience.
What to Wear
Most guests wear comfortable clothes and leave jewelry at home. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level before your service. Draping is always used for massage treatments.
Showering Before a Massage
If you’d like to shower before your treatment, let us know when you book. We’ll let you know what time to arrive.
Socializing
A calm, relaxing spa atmosphere is important for the enjoyment of all of our guests. Please keep conversations at a low volume in common areas and be respectful of other guests.
Health, Safety & Medical Information
Letting Us Know About Medical Conditions
Before your service, please let us know if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that could be impacted by the treatment you’re receiving.
For med spa services, your provider will conduct an assessment to protect your safety and support treatment efficacy. If you are pregnant, have a or medical conditions (including high/low blood pressure, diabetes, or skin sensitivities), or are using medications like Accutane or Retin-A, please inform your provider before your treatment begins.
Massage: Post-Workout or Post-Injury
A massage after exercise is usually beneficial, but please wait at least 48 hours after a new injury before booking your massage session. Always check with your doctor first.
Medications & Treatments
For your safety, we may not be able to provide peels, waxing, or other treatments if you’ve recently had laser treatments, plastic surgery, or are using skin-sensitizing medications. Contact us before booking at 404.609.0060 if you’re unsure.
Children & Teens
Minors Receiving Services
Policies vary by location due to city ordinances:
- Natural Body Spa + Med Spa | Alpharetta: Guests must be 18+ to receive massage services.
- All Other Locations:
- Ages 13–17 may receive massage, facials, or waxing (excluding bikini area) treatments with written parental consent.
- Ages 13–15: Parent must remain in the treatment room.
- Ages 16–17: Parent may wait outside if both the parent and the minor are comfortable with this arrangement and paperwork is signed.
All massage treatments follow professional draping standards.
Guest receiving med spa injectables such as Botox must be at least 18 years old.
While we love children, we also want our spa to be a place where everyone can relax and enjoy the experience. For this reason, we ask that you arrange childcare for minors not receiving services — they’ll be happier and so will you.
