Q: How do I determine the balance on my gift card?

To check your gift card balance, call or visit your local Natural Body Spa with your gift card number.

Q: If someone bought a gift card online, but I can’t find it in my email, how do I locate it?

If a friend purchased a gift card for you online and you cannot find it in your inbox please collect the following information and then reach out to our corporate office for assistance.

Check your spam folder to see if the gift card wound up there. If it’s not in any of your folders, please collect the following information:
First and last name of the guest who purchased the gift card
Confirm if it was purchased in-store or online
Email used to make the purchase gift card online
Date of purchase
Last four digits of card used
Amount gift card was purchased for
E-mail all this information to info@naturalbody.com. Please keep in mind we are a very small team and we are here to help; but, in order to get back to you in a timely manner we do ask that you collect the requested information above before reaching out for further assistance.

Q: Can I purchase a gift card over the phone?

Natural Body gift cards are only available for purchase online or in person at any Natural Body location.

Q: How do I print my Natural Body gift card?

If you choose to print your gift card, any standard printer will work — color printing isn’t required.

Q: Can I buy a gift card for someone else or transfer the gift card I purchased?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card for someone else! If buying online, we recommend having the original order confirmation and gift card sent to your email, then forwarding it to the recipient. This helps avoid it being lost in their spam or junk folder. If you are purchasing a gift card for a minor (ages of 13-17), please review our spa policies page prior to completing your purchase.

Q: Can I use my gift card to reserve my appointment?

A credit card is required to reserve a spa appointment. When you check in for your spa appointment, please let our staff know you will be paying with a gift card and they will be happy to use your gift card at check out.

Q: I received a gift card for a service. Am I able to use my gift card for a different service or for retail?

Yes. You can use the balance on your gift card towards any services or retail items in our spas.

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

It is important to safeguard your gift card because it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.

Q: When do Natural Body Gift Cards expire?

Natural Body Spa gift cards are valid for five years (1,825 days) from the date of purchase.

Q: Are there any fees associated with my gift card?

Gift cards purchased on or after December 2, 2021 have no fees. If you purchased your gift card before December 2, 2021, you will incur a $3 dormancy fee each month (applied to the balance of your gift card) if your gift card has not been used in one year. To avoid fees, simply use your gift card at the spa!

Q: Is my gift card refundable?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Q: Is my gift card reloadable?

No. Gift cards are not reloadable.

2025 Mother's Day Voucher | Terms & Conditions

Purchaser will receive one $50 Mother's Day Voucher with the purchase of a Natural Body Spa gift card valued at $200 or more.
Mother's Day Voucher expires 3 months (90 days) from date of issue, which is the date you receive your Natural Body Spa voucher email.
$50 Mother's Day Voucher will be e-mailed separately from the Natural Body Spa Gift Card.
Mother's Day Voucher can only be redeemed for future spa and med spa services. It cannot be used for gratuity, product or gift purchases, tax, or gift certificates.
One $50 Mother's Day Voucher is redeemable per guest per visit.

Natural Body Spa Vouchers are fully transferable. Forward your Mother's Day Voucher email to whomever you wish, and tell them to bring it to redeem at any Natural Body Spa location.
To redeem, present a copy of the Mother's Day Voucher (digital or print) at check-out at any Natural Body Spa location.
