Gift cards can be purchased online and any one our locations in Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, Marietta, Morningside, Smyrna and Snellville plus Chattanooga. Please review the terms for gift cards below.

Gift Cards FAQs

Greetings! We’re honored you have chosen Natural Body Spa & SkinReMEDI for your gifting needs. E-gift cards are available for purchase online and physical gift cards are available at any one of our 9 locations. To make our online e-gift process quick and easy we’ve added some instructions below to help you during your purchase.

Please follow the steps below if you have challenges purchasing your e-gift card online:

  1. Clear out your cookies and cache – Click here for instructions.
  2. Use a computer or laptop vs. a cell phone or iPad
  3. We recommend using Chrome versus Safari
  4. Restart your computer
  5. Close any browsers current in use

During the holidays it is challenging for our staff in the spa to answer questions about online gift card purchases due to the volume of clients in the spa. We recommend referencing this page whenever possible.

Gift Card Q & A

Q: How do I determine the balance on my gift card?

A: The quickest way to determine your gift card balance is to call or visit your local Natural Body Spa. You will need to provide your gift card number in order to receive a balance.

Q: If someone bought be an e-gift card, but I can’t find it in my e-mail, how do I locate it?  

A: If a friend purchased an e-gift card for you and you cannot find it in your inbox please collect the following information and then reach out to our corporate office for assistance.

  1. Check your spam folder to see if the gift card wound up there. If it’s not in any of your folders, please collect the following information:
  2. First and last name of the guest who purchased the gift card  
  3. Confirm if it was purchased in-store or online  
  4. E-gift cards only: E-mail used to make the purchase  
  5. Date of purchase
  6. Last four digits of card used  
  7. Amount gift card was purchased for
  8. E-mail all this information to info@naturalbody.com. Please keep in mind we are a very small team and we are here to help; but, in order to get back to you in a timely manner we do ask that you collect the requested information above before reaching out for further assistance.  

Q: Can I purchase a gift card over the phone?

A: No. Natural Body & SkinReMEDI employees are not authorized to complete transactions over the phone.

Q: Do I need a special printer or is color printing required?

A: No, if you choose to print the E-Gift then any standard printer will work and any Natural Body Spa & Shop location will accept the E-Gift if it is printed without color.

Q: Can I purchase a gift card for someone else, or let another person use one that I purchased?

A: Yes, you can absolutely purchase a gift card for someone. If you are purchasing a gift card online for someone, we recommend have the original order confirmation and gift card sent to your e-mail and then forwarding it to the recipient to avoid it going to their spam or junk folder. If you are purchasing a gift card for a minor (a client between the ages of 13-17), please review our spa policies page prior to completing your purchase.  

Q: Can I use my gift card to reserve my appointment?

A: A credit card is required to book a spa treatment. Deposits for online booking will be refunded to the card on file once the gift card is presented at checkout.

Q: I received a gift card for a service. Am I able to use my gift card for a different service or for retail?  

A: Yes. You can use the balance on your gift card towards any services or retail items in our spas.

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

A: It is important to safeguard your gift card because it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.

Q: Do physical and e-gift cards expire?

A: Yes. “Blue Leaf” Gift cards hold their value for 5 years. They expire in 1,825 days after the day purchased.

Q: Are there any fees associated with my gift card?

A: If you have a gift card that was purchased before December 2, 2021, there is a $3 dormancy fee that will be applied to the balance of your gift card each month if your gift card has not been used in 1 year. To stop dormancy fees, please use your gift card in the spa. If your gift card was purchased on or after December 2, 2021, there are no fees associated with your gift card.

Q: Is my gift card refundable?

A: No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Q: Is my gift card reloadable?

A: No. Gift cards are not reloadable.
