Our team at Natural Body is excited to re-open our doors. While the look and feel of the spa itself will be different, the spirit and passion behind our services will not. It has always been our commitment to meet our clients and staff where they are in a clean and serene environment and we look forward to honoring that commitment as we reopen.
Like many challenges we have faced over the years we have taken this opportunity to embrace the road ahead and reflect on how we can adapt and enhance our safety and sanitation procedures to keep the safety & well-being of our clients and staff a top priority. Below you will find the steps we took prior to opening and the ongoing steps we will take to ensure that our spas remain safe and relaxing.
MAXIMIZING AIR QUALITY & MINIMIZING ENVINRONMENTAL IMPACT
Prior to opening our doors we believed it was important to take necessary steps to deep clean our spas while also limiting the use of harmful chemicals and cleaning solutions that negatively impact the environment. We began this process by partnering with ONEighty Solutions.
Their team has now completed Air and Surface Decontamination Treatments in each of our locations. Many companies are fogging the air in structures and think that is all that needs to be done. However, based on the information put out by the CDC and EPA, we recognized that we must do more for the treatment to be effective.
Along with fogging the air, ONEighty Solutions has fully wiped down all surfaces with an EPA registered product that has proven effective at reducing harmful bacteria and viruses like COVID-19. After the Air and Surface Decontamination was completed, they also applied an Anti-Microbial to the structure that helps reduce the contaminates on the surfaces and reduces future risk of bacteria and viruses. Once the process was complete, ONEighty Solutions provided our staff with the information and steps required to meet the sanitization standards to comply with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
