Integrating wellness habits into our daily lives may be simple, but it isn’t always easy. We have a few easy suggestions on how to get started and experts to check in with to help meet you where you are in your journey.

Making Wellness a Habit

The National Library of Medicine tells us habits are the key to wellness—after all, habits make up as much as 40% of our daily behavior. The more you practice wellness, the more it becomes an ingrained part of your daily routine. We hope our Natural Body Spa & Shop locations in Atlanta (Morningside), Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, Marietta and Snellville as well as Chattanooga, TN can be your home for doing exactly that.

Treatments & Therapies

There is a reason sleep, aroma, skincare and massage practices all have the word “therapy” attached to them: Each practice offers therapeutic benefits to one or several senses that influence your overall wellness, mindfulness, and health. It’s a moment of calm to reconnect with your senses and release any energy that may be trapped in the muscles, skin or mind.

We pride ourselves not only on our award-winning facials and massages, but also on the expertise of our staff. You can count on all of our staff to share their experiences with our nature-based products and homecare items while embracing your needs to customize a home care regiment that fits your wellness journey.  

A lot of Natural Body Spa & Shop clients come in asking specific questions about certain products and ingredients, and we’re happy to help. We’ll guide you through what is available on our retail floor and schedule you with an experienced esthetician or massage therapist for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
