Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card is required to reserve all spa services. For parties of 5 or more a managing and gratuity fee will be added to regular service price.
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift Certificates will be reduced by the appropriate fee. No shows will be charged 100% fee.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Out of consideration for NB guests, please mute cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. Our front desk staff will assist you if needed.
Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products and must be presented at the time of the appointment or retail purchase. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. Gift Cards do not expire, however, if they are not used for 12 consecutive months, a $3 per month dormancy fee will be deducted for each following month unless prohibited by law. Any sales activity with your Gift card will begin the 12 month time frame over again (for example, if your Gift Card has not been used for 11 months, a small retail purchase with the Card will begin the period over again, and extend the period of time that a dormancy fee may begin).
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment; if you are a first-time client, a profile form will be completed prior to service.
