Gift Cards Frequently Asked Questions


 

Q: How quickly will I get my card?

A: E-Gift orders will be delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If the E-Gift is not received within 4 hours of purchase, please email info@naturalbody.com

Physical Gift Cards orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day, subject to weather-related delays or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes and your package will be returned. There is no guarantee on timing of US Postal Services deliveries because these packages cannot be tracked.

Q: What will I receive after I purchase an E-Gift?

A: You will receive an email that contains a link to your E-Gift. When you receive this email, click the link to view the E-Gift. You can either print the E-Gift from your computer or use it directly from your smart phone enabled device.

Q: Can I use my gift card at store locations or Online?

A: The E-Gift you receive may be used at the store location only.

Q: How do I use my E-Gift?

A: Print the card or use it directly from your smart phone enabled device, and present at any Natural Body Spa & Shop location.

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

A: If you have lost your card, please contact Natural Body at 1-877- 262-7727 or info@naturalbody.com and we will research the value. If the card no longer contains value, and you feel that this was fraudulent in nature, an investigation will be conducted. Resolution may require that the customer sign an affidavit with a notary public relative to the missing product. To begin an investigation into such an issue, please contact support.

Q: Can I purchase an E-Gift for someone else, or let another person use one that I purchased?

A: Yes, simply have the card sent directly to the recipient’s email at the time of purchase, or you can re-direct the E-Gift from your email address to another after it’s purchased. Additionally, you can print the E-Gift and hand it to the recipient.

Q: Do I need a special printer or is color printing required?

A: No, if you choose to print the E-Gift then any standard printer will work and any Natural Body Spa & Shop location will accept the E-Gift if it is printed without color.

Q: Do virtual gift cards expire?

A: No. There is no expiration date on your E-Gifts. However, there are dormancy fees in some states. 

Q: How Do I Avoid Dormancy Fee on my Gif Card?

A: Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products and must be presented at the time of the appointment or retail purchase. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. Gift Cards do not expire, however, if they are not used for 12 consecutive months, a $3 per month dormancy fee will be deducted for each following month unless prohibited by law.

Any sales activity with your Gift card will begin the 12-month time frame over again (for example, if your Gift Card has not been used for 11 months, a small retail purchase with the Card will begin the period over again, and extend the period of time that a dormancy fee may begin).
