How does your Wellness Wallet work?

• ‍Paperless – No paper loyalty cards to clutter up your wallet 
• ‍Automated Collection – Our system will automatically add funds to your account
• Earn Extra Cash – Throughout the year clients will be able to earn extra cash to add to their Wellness Wallet – stay tuned for details

How do I earn funds in my Wellness Wallet?

• Earn $5 in your Wellness Wallet when you spend $100 or more on products.
• Earn $5 in your Wellness Wallet when you spend $100 or more on services.

How do I access my Wellness Wallet Funds?

• A minimum spend of $100 is required to redeem funds in Wellness Wallet.
• Funds earned are available during your next visit when the minimum spend it met.
• Cannot be redeemed towards sale items, packages, gift cards, tips for services or any other specials available in the spa.
• All funds accumulated can be redeemed at one time as long as the minimum spend is met and the funds have not expired.

When will my funds expire?

• Funds collected July 1-Dec 31, 2023 will expire on March 31, 2024.
• Funds collected January 1-June 30, 2024 will expire on September 30, 2024.
  
• Funds collected July 1-December 31, 2024 will expire on March 31, 2025.

How can I check the balance of my Wellness Wallet?

• A staff member can check the balance in your client profile.
• A printed or e-mailed receipt will also list the points available in your Wellness Wallet.
