1-40 Eastbound
Take the 440 Inner Beltline and exit Six Forks/North Hills. Bear right off the exit onto Six Forks Rd. and go through the first intersection. The North Hillls shopping Center is on the left side. Natural Body is located at the far end after Gold's Gym.

Take the 440 Outer Beltline and exit Six Forks/North Hills. Bear right off the exit onto Six Forks Rd. and go through the first intersection. The North Hills shopping center is on the left side. Natural Body is located at the far end after Gold's Gym.
